The 13th meeting of the Kütahya Dumlupınar University Quality Coordination Office is held online on Tuesday, September 16, 2025. During the meeting, Quality Coordinator Dr. Figen Karaferye provides information on the current status of the peer evaluation practices carried out in the units, as well as the purpose and scope of the PER (Peer Evaluation in Units) assessment and reporting system. Following this, Deputy Quality Coordinator Dr. Yeşim Araboğa delivers her presentation in which she explains, step by step and with examples, how BADR control reports are to be systematically reviewed.

The meeting also focuses on the coordination and support duties to be assigned to Sub-Working Group members in order to ensure the timely completion of the process. It is emphasized that units must review their peer evaluation reports and submit their control forms and explanatory information to the Quality Coordination Office by September 22, 2025. The meeting, held with the strong participation of the Quality Coordination Office and Sub-Working Group members, concludes with good wishes.
