The training on the Unit Internal Evaluation Report (BIDR) criteria and sub-criteria and the effective use of the PDCA action plan template for administrative units is conducted online at 11:00 on Monday, September 8, 2025, by the Kütahya Dumlupınar University Quality Coordination Office.

The opening speech of the training is delivered by Quality Coordinator Dr. Figen Karaferye, who informs the participants about the purpose of the program and emphasizes the importance of quality processes for the institutional development of the university.

The presentations are delivered by the deputy quality coordinators:

Under the Leadership, Governance, and Quality heading: Dr. Burcu Akdeniz and Dr. Yeşim Araboğa,
Under the Education and Training heading: Dr. Hilal Kılmanoğlu and Dr. Enise Gündoğdu,
Under the Research and Development heading: Dr. Mesut Yazıcı,
Under the Societal Contribution heading: Lect. Latife Sürsavur Demirel.

The training addresses the stages and benefits of the PDCA Cycle (Plan–Do–Check–Act), the responsibilities of administrative units within the Institutional Accreditation Program (IAP), and the importance of producing evidence in line with the Unit Internal Evaluation Report (BIDR) criteria.

The program concludes with evaluations regarding the university’s institutional accreditation goals, the establishment of a continuous improvement culture, and the enhancement of stakeholder participation.
