Training on Bologna Course Information Packages and Course Description Forms Begins at DPU

The first of the online training meetings on the preparation of “Bologna Course Information Packages and Course Description Implementation Forms” is conducted by the Kütahya Dumlupınar University Quality Coordination Office for the units of our University. The training is delivered by Deputy Quality Coordinator Dr. Halime Özge Bahar Güner. Academic and administrative staff responsible for these processes in their units attend the meeting.
The training addresses topics such as relating course learning outcomes to program outcomes, aligning them with TYYÇ (Turkish Higher Education Qualifications Framework) competencies, calculating ECTS workload, ensuring that assessment and evaluation components are presented clearly and consistently in course catalogues, maintaining language consistency and template standards, and managing revision/approval cycles. Good practices that support units’ quality assurance processes are also shared.
In her remarks, Dr. Halime Özge Bahar Güner states, “Preparing course information packages with up-to-date, consistent, and measurable indicators not only increases the visibility of student-centered learning but also strengthens our institutional capacity in accreditation and external evaluation processes.”
The training concludes after receiving participants’ questions and suggestions.
