Course Description and Implementation Information Form Usage Meeting Is Conducted

An information meeting on the use of the “Course Description and Implementation Information Form” is organized by the Kütahya Dumlupınar University Quality Coordination Office in order to support the effective preparation of the Bologna Information Packages. During the meeting, updates to the form based on stakeholder feedback and issues requiring additional clarification are discussed.

The meeting is attended by Rector Prof. Dr. Süleyman Kızıltoprak, Vice-Rector responsible for the Quality Coordination Office Prof. Dr. Mustafa Arif Özgür, and Quality Coordinator Dr. Figen Karaferye, who deliver the opening speeches.

The program continues with a presentation by Deputy Quality Coordinator Dr. Halime Özge Bahar Güner. In the presentation, participants are informed about how course descriptions and implementation information should be prepared, key points that require attention, and their connections with the Bologna process. The meeting concludes interactively with a question–answer session.

This initiative, carried out in cooperation between the Student Affairs Department and the Quality Coordination Office to ensure that educational processes at our University are conducted in alignment with international standards, aims to support academic units in completing their activities within the Bologna process in a consistent manner.
