The Unit-Based Internal Evaluation Report (BIDR) Awareness Trainings initiated by the Kütahya Dumlupınar University Quality Coordination Office continue to be carried out across all units as planned, with the participation of the Quality Coordinator, Deputy Quality Coordinators, and the administrative staff of the Coordination Office.

In the following weeks of the training program, sessions are successfully completed simultaneously in the Faculty of Engineering, Pazarlar Vocational School, Kütahya Faculty of Applied Sciences, Vocational School of Foreign Languages, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Simav Vocational School, Simav Faculty of Technology, Altıntaş Vocational School, Domaniç Vocational School, Dumlupınar Vocational School, Faculty of Arts and Sciences, Faculty of Theology, Faculty of Architecture, Faculty of Education, Çavdarhisar Vocational School, and the Graduate School of Education.

The main objective of the trainings is to increase institutional awareness regarding internal evaluation processes across all units of the university, to enhance knowledge related to the quality assurance system, and to strengthen the self-assessment capacities of units. Ensuring that each unit develops its self-evaluation competency according to its own needs is of critical importance for aligning administrative and academic processes with quality standards. Within this framework, the interactive sessions conducted throughout the trainings aim to ensure the active participation of academic and administrative staff in quality processes.

These awareness trainings carried out by the Quality Coordination Office are expected to contribute to the institutionalization of the quality culture within the university, to strengthen communication and cooperation among units, and to support the more effective implementation of continuous improvement processes. It is anticipated that the relevant units will integrate the knowledge and skills acquired during the trainings into their internal evaluation practices, thereby contributing to the dissemination of a quality-oriented approach across Kütahya Dumlupınar University.
