Work on The Unit Internal Evaluation Report (Bıdr) Preparation Guide Continues

The Unit Internal Evaluation Report (BIDR) Preparation Guide studies are carried out by our University’s Quality Coordination Office in order to enhance the compliance of the annual Unit Internal Evaluation Reports prepared by university units with the institutional standards set by the Higher Education Quality Council (THEQC) and to support their continuous improvement.
Within this scope, a comprehensive structuring study is conducted based on the BIDR/KIDR subheadings and criteria, taking into consideration the areas identified for improvement during the review and evaluation meetings held by the Quality Coordination Office following the conversion of BIDRs into the Institutional Internal Evaluation Report (KIDR), as well as the findings from unit visits.
At the Quality Coordination Office meeting held on Tuesday, April 29, the presentation files prepared for reviewing these subheadings and criteria together with the units through unit visits are examined in detail. In the meeting, the Deputy Quality Coordinators leading he Institutional Internal Evaluation Report (KIDR) Sub-Working Groups share the studies they conduct.
With the guide currently under development, it is aimed to strengthen a common understanding regarding quality assurance processes across the University and to ensure that internal evaluation reports become more consistent, comparable/integrable, and effective in terms of both content and structure.
