In order to support the effective, holistic, and standards-compliant implementation of quality assurance processes, an Implementation Guide for Entering the Intergrated Quality Management Sysyem(IQMS) Planning Stages into the system is prepared and published.

The guide explains, in a step-by-step and practice-oriented manner, the procedures for the selection and definition of performance indicators, the preparation of activity plans related to each indicator, the identification of risks associated with activities, the determination of risk control measures, and the execution of approval, review, and evidence upload processes.

The document aims to assist academic and administrative units in managing the BKYS planning entry process more effectively and to strengthen consistency in implementation across the institution. Planning entries are carried out in accordance with the guide and under the coordination of unit quality commissions.
