Planning Entry Guide In addition to the brochure prepared regarding the entry of planning processes into the IQMS (Integrated Quality Management System), educational videos have been published where the procedures are explained step-by-step in accordance with the stages in the guide.

The videos sequentially explain the processes of defining performance targets, selecting indicators, creating action plans, identifying risks, adding risk control activities, submitting for approval, and saving the plan into the system:

 

Evidence Upload Guide

In addition to the guide prepared regarding the uploading of evidence for action plans and performance indicators within the IQMS (Integrated Quality Management System), educational videos have been published that demonstrate the procedures step-by-step.

The videos provide detailed explanations of the processes for preparing the activity realization evidence form, uploading evidence to action plans, recording realization data into the system, performing data entry for performance indicators, calculating target achievement rates, and completing the registration process:

Risk Management and Closing Processes

The instructional video, prepared to support the accurate and effective execution of risk management processes within the IQMS (Integrated Quality Management System), provides a practical demonstration of the procedures outlined in the guide.

Between 04:43 and 08:35 minutes of the relevant training video, the risk management stages included in the guide are demonstrated in detail. This section explains step-by-step the processes of adding risks to action plans, defining risks and identifying root causes, determining probability and impact levels, defining risk control activities, setting deadline dates, closing risk control activities, and re-evaluating risks.

The training video prepared to support the monitoring of defined risks in IQMS, the completion of control activities, and the process of closing risks through the system, explains the risk-closing procedures through practical application.

The video demonstrates step-by-step the stages of locating risks with approaching deadlines, accessing the control activity entry screen, writing the completion description of the action taken, entering the information of the person who completed the task and the date, re-evaluating the risk, updating probability and impact levels, uploading the relevant evidence document, and closing the risk status as "risk mitigated/resolved."

Improvement Activities Guide

Improvement Activities Guide In order to support the accurate and effective execution of improvement activities within the IQMS (Integrated Quality Management System), an instructional video has been published where the procedures outlined in the guide are explained through practical application.

The video demonstrates step-by-step the stages of adding an improvement activity, selecting the improvement source, determining the parent process, entering the justification and activity descriptions, defining the responsible person and date information, submitting the plan for approval, completing the activity following the approval process, writing the completion description, and uploading evidence:

 

Satisfaction Management System (SMS) Guide

SMS Guide In order to support the accurate, timely, and effective management of Satisfaction Management System (SMS) notifications received through IQMS (Integrated Quality Management System), an instructional video has been prepared where the procedures outlined in the guide are explained through practical application.

The video demonstrates step-by-step the processes of viewing notifications received by the unit, entering actions for the relevant notification, recording the implemented activity into the system, closing the notification by approval, managing the response process, and evaluating SMS records within quality improvement processes:
