In order to support the effective, holistic, and standards-based implementation of quality assurance processes, a new application guide focusing on the “Integrated Quality Management System (IQMS) Evidence Upload and Monitoring” processes is prepared as a continuation of the previously published planning guide.
The newly prepared guide explains, step by step and with application-oriented visuals:
- the conversion and standardization of activity realization evidence into the KYS-FR-FR-001 Form,
- the entry of realization statuses related to unit activity plans into the system,
- the definition of data related to performance indicators and the upload of evidence documents,
