Quality Advisory Board Meeting Is Held at Kütahya Dumlupınar University

The Quality Advisory Board Meeting of Kütahya Dumlupınar University is held on Tuesday, 28 April 2026, at 2:00 p.m. under the chairmanship of Rector Prof. Dr. Süleyman Kızıltoprak. During the meeting, the university’s quality assurance system, ongoing improvement activities, and future goals are discussed in detail.

Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Mustafa Arif Özgür, who is responsible for quality processes, emphasizes the importance of operating the quality assurance system in a systematic and sustainable way. He also highlights that strengthening monitoring and improvement processes is critical for institutional development.

Within the program, Quality Coordinator Assistant Professor Figen Karaferye gives a presentation about the quality studies carried out at the university, the institutional development process, accreditation activities, stakeholder participation practices, and continuous improvement-oriented studies. During the presentation, it is emphasized that the culture of quality is strengthened together with all stakeholders, and the opinions, suggestions, and support of external stakeholders are considered highly important for the university.

The advisory board members also share their evaluations that may contribute to the development of the university and express their views on possible areas of cooperation in different fields. The meeting, conducted through mutual exchange of ideas, once again demonstrates the importance of stakeholder participation in institutional development.

After the meeting, administrators of centers, units, and coordinatorships come together with the advisory board members in the foyer area of the Senate Meeting Hall. During the discussions, issues such as increasing interaction among units, developing joint projects, establishing sustainable collaborations with external stakeholders, and strengthening mutual support mechanisms are discussed.

In line with its quality-oriented management approach, Kütahya Dumlupınar University continues its efforts with determination to develop, produce, and create value together with its internal and external stakeholders.
