Integrated Quality Management System Unit Monitoring and Improvement Meetings for March Are Held.

The unit monitoring and improvement activities carried out within the scope of the Integrated Quality Management System (IQMS) by the Quality Coordination Office of Kütahya Dumlupınar University continue in a planned manner throughout March. Within this scope, face-to-face and online meetings are conducted in order to reach all units of the university; IQMS practices are evaluated on a unit basis, the functioning of the processes is examined on-site, and areas open to improvement are identified.

Within the framework of the meetings held, face-to-face meetings are conducted with the Faculty of Arts and Sciences, Faculty of Education, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Kütahya Faculty of Applied Sciences, and the Graduate Education Institute. In addition, face-to-face meetings are also held with the Faculty of Sports Sciences, Faculty of Fine Arts, and the Faculty of Architecture. Online meetings are conducted with Tavşanlı Faculty of Applied Sciences and Simav Faculty of Technology.

The meetings are conducted by Assistant Professor Figen Karaferye, Assistant Professor Yeşim Araboğa, and Assistant Professor Hilal Kılmanoğlu.

During the meetings, the activities of the units within the scope of IQMS are discussed, and the current status regarding performance indicators, process management, risk management, and improvement practices is evaluated. In addition, information and guidance regarding the effective use of the system are provided.

Through these activities, it is aimed to disseminate the Integrated Quality Management System throughout the university, ensure integrity in implementation among units, and strengthen the quality assurance system in line with the continuous improvement approach.
