The meeting is chaired by Rector Prof. Dr. Süleyman Kızıltoprak. During the meeting, the relevant units present the activities completed within the scope of 2025 as well as the studies planned for 2026. The importance of making the presented activities fully and systematically visible within the Integrated Quality Management System (BKYS) in terms of institutional traceability and sustainable quality management is emphasized.

Following the presentations, new activity proposals are received, and evaluations are conducted regarding enabling the units to take a more active role in the fields of social contribution, education, research, and institutional development.

During the meeting, the creation and active use of social media accounts (Instagram, X, LinkedIn, etc.) by the Application and Research Centers and Coordinatorships are also discussed in order to increase institutional visibility. In this context, it is stated that a common communication approach should be adopted to strengthen the university’s national and international recognition.
