The Quality 101 Training organized by the Quality Coordination Office of Kütahya Dumlupınar University is conducted with the aim of increasing students’ awareness of quality and strengthening their active participation in quality processes. During the program, attended by students identified by the units as candidate quality ambassadors, topics such as the concept of quality, quality assurance in higher education, the PDCA cycle, student participation, and the quality practices carried out at the university are addressed.

Within the scope of the training, the Integrated Quality Management System (IQMS) and the Satisfaction Management System (SMS) are also introduced, and the importance of students’ opinions, suggestions, and feedback in institutional development is emphasized. At the end of the program, the contributions of students’ more active involvement in quality processes to the development of the university are shared.

Through this event, the Quality Coordination Office of Kütahya Dumlupınar University continues its efforts to disseminate a student-oriented quality culture.
